We were awarded the contract to prepare, repair and paint all plaster work, steel work, fascia boards and waterproof internal side of boundary wall at Sable Mansions complex in the east of Pretoria. The complex has 249 units with garages.

We were contacted to quote and complete the breakdown of a wall and rebuild. The motor gate was also quoted to add in a custom steel pedestrian steel gate built in the motor gate frame and new wood (Meranti) paneling.
